His creative background adds a practical, industry-grounded layer to the Innovation & Culture team. Barbu will support Laura Berton and Jakub Kubalski in exploring how AI and generative tools are transforming the creative process across marketing and entertainment — while also shedding light on their limits and ethical considerations within fast-paced tech ecosystems.
