Victoria Fontaine brings a powerful voice to the Ethical AI team at AI ON US, blending her marketing expertise with a long-standing commitment to inclusive innovation. Currently at Welcome to the Jungle, she has dedicated her career to making professional environments more human-centric and inclusive.

She is the co-founder of The EntreprenHer Tour, a global initiative that amplified the voices of women entrepreneurs across six countries. Today, she leads Connect’Her, a Paris-based association that supports women’s leadership in the music and creative industries. At the Summit, Victoria will help bridge the gap between ethics and culture, sharing fresh perspectives on how AI can elevate — rather than replicate — systemic bias in the workplace and in society.
