Lise Bachmann is the founder and CEO of WOMACCELERATOR, a 360° leadership program designed for both women and men. The program offers a fully customized experience, combining cutting-edge AI tools with high-impact coaching to empower talents with the energy and confidence to lead.

Lise holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from IAE (1997), is a certified Company Director from Sciences Po (2013), and earned an Executive MBA from ESSEC (2019). Over the past 20 years, she has held several senior management positions—covering customer relations, business development, international negotiations, HR strategy, and talent development. She has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of the international energy group ENGIE.

In 2020, she launched WOMACCELERATOR SAS, a QUALIOPI-certified training organization offering the only CPF-funded program that integrates holistic leadership and personal development in a 360° approach.
