Formerly Technology Director – Data & AI at TPX Impact, she has led complex initiatives for Cancer Research UK, the NHS, OFGEM, the Ministry of Defence, and others. Her work includes data strategy design, scalable data platforms, AI roadmap development, and implementation of ethical frameworks.

She combines strong technical insight with human-centered advisory, drawing on experience at BBC, Brunel University, and the North Bristol NHS Trust. Svetlana also teaches at IA School, connecting with emerging AI talent and helping organizations craft inclusive, multigenerational hiring strategies.
