Svetlana Videnova is a highly experienced AI and data strategy consultant with a versatile career spanning public institutions, NGOs, academia, and the private sector. She currently consults independently through Videnova Consulting. She previously worked closely with organizations such as BBC and TPX Impact delivering forward-thinking strategies in data, technology, and digital transformation.
At TPX Impact, she has served as a Technology Director – Data & AI, where she led complex projects for major stakeholders including Cancer Research UK, OFGEM, NHS, the UK Ministry of Defence, Department for Education (DfE), Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL), His Majesty’s Land Registry (HMLR) and others. Her work has included data strategies, machine learning roadmaps, ethical AI recommendations, and the deployment of scalable data platforms.
Svetlana has also supported innovation and operational efficiency at institutions such as North Bristol NHS Trust, Brunel University London, and as a former Business Analyst at the BBC, giving her a unique ability to balance user needs, system design, and executive decision-making.
She is also a lecturer at IA School, where she interacts directly with emerging AI talent, giving her a nuanced understanding of intergenerational dynamics in the workplace. This experience feeds directly into her advisory work, where she helps C-suite leaders and global executives define future-ready hiring strategies, bridge generational gaps, and create inclusive environments that attract and retain top technical talent in AI and emerging technologies.
