CRISTINA LUNGHI Founder of Arborus & Architect of the International Charter for Inclusive AI. Ph.D in European Law. Cristina Lunghi is an internationally recognized expert in gender equality and the founder of Arborus, a pioneering NGO created in 1995 to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. With a Ph.D. in European Law, Cristina has spent over 30 years promoting equality at both the corporate and policy levels, working with governments, global institutions, and multinational corporations. She is the architect of the Gender Equality European and International Standard (GEEIS), a certification audited by Bureau Veritas and TÜV Reinland, and implemented by leading companies across more than 56 countries. Cristina also launched GEEIS-Diversity and the GEEIS-SDG Trophy, two initiatives that align corporate diversity strategies with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2020, Cristina partnered with Orange Group and launched the International Charter for Inclusive AI, under the patronage of the French Digital Secretary of State, Generation Equality – UN Women, and the CEDAW-UN. This global charter provides a clear ethical framework for organizations developing and deploying artificial intelligence — ensuring that inclusivity, human rights, and accountability remain at the core. At the AI ON US Summit, Cristina will lead the signature ceremony of the International Charter for Inclusive AI — a defining moment of the event. Companies present on-site will be invited to officialize their commitment to building ethical, trustworthy, and inclusive AI systems. This commitment will directly lead into the Creative Sprint, where participants will have 2.5 hours to prototype real-world solutions addressing AI risks and societal impacts — transforming values into tangible innovation. Cristina’s leadership and legacy anchor the summit’s mission: to go beyond conversation and drive responsible, inclusive AI development through action, impact, and global collaboration.

Morning Strategic Keynotes and Afternoon Workshops
Behind the scenes of AI ON US lies a powerhouse of intelligence: our AI Expert Committee. Since April, 20+ global experts from the U.S., Europe and LATAM have joined forces across 10 dedicated teams to architect a program that speaks directly to the C-suite. From compliance and AI regulation to product integrity, data ethics, innovation strategy, and implementation—each insight you’ll hear is the result of months of collective intelligence.
🧠 These aren’t recycled keynotes or buzzwords. This is custom-built, real-world intelligence from those actively shaping the frameworks and policies governing AI today. AI ON US is the only Summit offering this kind of exclusive, interdisciplinary intelligence—a fusion of content you’d find at top-tier academic briefings and elite innovation summits, all delivered in one cohesive experience. Whether you’re leading internal AI development, deploying third-party tools, or crafting AI governance strategies—this content is made for you. 🛑 As the EU AI Act’s Article 5 makes clear: you are liable—even when you’re not the one building the AI. Whether you’re deploying or developing, you must ensure that AI systems don’t harm users or internal stakeholders. This applies even to non-EU-based companies if your AI outputs reach the European market. 🛡️ Stay ahead of bans, lawsuits, and brand damage. ⚖️ Comply with the EU AI Act, Article 5 and beyond. 📈 Turn AI compliance into a tool for growth—not friction. Because when it comes to Responsible AI, the stakes are too high for shortcuts.
